We are an organization of young people between the ages of 21-40 who are committed to making a difference in the community and ourselves. Our motto is “Leadership Training Through Community Service.”

Jaycee activities are designed to benefit the individual while promoting civic, commercial, educational and professional interests. Members gain leadership skills through the projects and programs they plan, organize and conduct. In doing this, we better ourselves, better our community, and make friends that will last a lifetime. We are not affiliated with any religious group or political party.

The Northern Baltimore County chapter is one of many in Maryland and the United States. By joining our chapter you also become a member of the Maryland Jaycees, United States Jaycees, and the Junior Chamber International.
